Terms and Conditions

1. Initial (first time) 15 minute consultations to discuss service need(s) is complimentary. Purchase of a service is not required to book a 15 minute consultation. 

2. For complimentary sessions, appointments must be confirmed by email. Once a preferred date and time is selected, an email confirmation request is sent to your email address. Please confirm to ensure your appointment request. 

3. Coaching sessions are offered in 60 minute increments. 

4. There is a 25% (of total service amount) for missed coaching / consulting sessions that are not cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled session. This fee does not apply to complimentary sessions.

5. 50% (of total service(s) amount) deposit request options are available upon request for resume and cover letter packages (services exceeding $400). Please email contact@writebytish.com prior to selecting resume and cover letter packages. Remaining 50% balance is due prior to receiving final document(s). 

6. Resume format is determined based on optimization opportunity, application and / or position requirements, professional recommendation and research. Cover letter formats are industry standard unless otherwise requested. 

7. Tailored resumes for federal positions must have existing completed resume and announcement number. 

8. ALL writing examples / samples are original and my own work and may not be reproduced under any circumstances without prior consent. ALL original writing examples / samples are subject to applicable copyright laws.
