Q: How long does it take for me to receive my documents?

A: For resume and cover letter revamps, drafts are completed within 2-4 business days. After revision requests are received, revisions are completed within 2 business days. Once the revisions are approved, I send final documents in both PDF and Word formats. For resume and cover letter critiques, we send a completed document within 24 hours. 

Q: Is there a fee for missed or cancelled appointments? 

A: For complimentary 15 minute consultations, there is no fee imposed, however as a courtesy, please request cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment. 

Q: Do you guarantee job placement?

A: I do not guarantee job placement as there are several factors employers consider when selecting candidates. However, I do guarantee the resume and / or cover letter I draft for you is attractive, exceptionally written, and the best display of your value, that you may be confident in your career search.
